Warner Bros. announced “The Matrix 4” by confirming Reeves and Moss would be back headlining the franchise as Neo and Trinity, respectively. “I never thought that it would happen,” Moss told Empire magazine about returning for a fourth “Matrix” movie. “It was never on my radar at all.
Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss will not be the only familiar faces to “Matrix” fans in the fourth movie. Also returning for the next film are franchise veterans Jada Pinkett-Smith, Daniel Bernhardt, and Lambert Wilson.

A nice added bonus here as we found that The Animatrix is also streaming on Netflix too. The movie made in a Japanese anime style and is a collection of short films all linking in with the universe. It acts as a prequel detailing mans war with the machines leading to the creation of The Matrix.
