Dr. Jennifer Nunnally Dead, Obituary and Funeral

Dr. Jennifer Nunnally, also known as Doc Jen, the owner of Hoosier Sports & Chiropractic, passed away unexpectedly on April 14, 2023, at the age of 49.

She was a resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No cause of death has been reported yet. Her family, friends, patients, and loved ones are in mourning.

Doc Jen was a Doctor of Chiropractic and had a Bachelor of Science degree in both Anatomy and Health and Wellness. She was a trained practitioner of the Graston TechniqueTM and also used Kinesiotape.

She was certified in Clinical Neurology and was in the process of finishing her post-graduate study for Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP).

She put together a chiropractic healthcare team for the 2007 CONCACAF Gold Cup, which had 19 DCs, 2 ATCs, 1 PT, 21 students, and 12 LMTs.

She was also the official chiropractor for the Fort Wayne Freedom professional indoor football team and semi-pro football teams Wolfpack and Classic City Crush for the last four years.

In addition, she served as a resident on the medical board at the Central American Games in Cartegena, Colombia, in 2006.

Apart from her work in chiropractic healthcare, Doc Jen was also a member of the board and a nurse file inspector for Home Care Services, a company that provides home health services.

She was a provider for Spectracell, Diagnostics, ELISA/ACT, Doctors Data, and other labs. She believed in putting “health” back into healthcare and focused on providing the best care to her patients.

Doc Jen’s sudden and unexpected passing has left her family, friends, patients, and colleagues in mourning.
