Julie and her unborn baby were killed by her husband in an apparent murder-suicide at her Columbus, IN home last Monday.
Her family says her two sons saw him shoot her and drag her into a bedroom.
They also say she filed for divorce five days before she died after being denied a protective order five days before that WLKY News
