On Wednesday, the name of the Arby’s employee who was discovered in the establishment’s freezer was made public.
On May 11, 63-year-old Nguyet Le of Texas was discovered dead in the restaurant’s walk-in freezer in New Iberia, Louisiana.
According to officials, the cause of death has not been identified pending an autopsy.

On May 11, at around 6:19 p.m., police officers arrived at the eatery, according to the New Iberia Police Department.
They found a woman who had no signs of life inside the walk-in freezer. The woman was pronounced dead on the scene by the Iberia Parish Coroner’s Office. According to KLFY, the Arby’s restaurant was shuttered on Friday.
KADN/KLAF News 15 was informed by New Iberia Police Capt. Leland Laseter that Le was found by another employee.
According to Laseter, the police do not think that Le’s death was suspicious and there was “no foul play” involved. Based on their preliminary investigation, they think Le’s death was an accident, Lasseter said.
