Elise Stefanik is an American politician who serves as the United States representative for New York’s 21st congressional district. She has been serving the state since 2015. As chair of the House Republican Conference since 2021, she is the third-ranking House Republican.
What happened to Elise Stefanik? Did she sell her soul to Donald Trump?
Shortly after her election, she was invited to join the Harvard Institute of Politics’ Senior Advisory Committee. Stefanik was removed from the committee in 2021 after objecting to Pennsylvania’s electoral votes during the assault on the United States Capitol.
Gallego once criticized her for selling her soul to Trump.
Rep. Stefanik “gave her soul to… the least respectable person you’ll ever meet in Donald Trump,” Rep. Gallego says of her. “You are intelligent enough to realize the difference between supporting an insurgency and being a seditionist.”
She is one of the most celebrated female politicians in the American state. Elise was a student of Harvard University and the Albany Academy for Girls.
