Flash’s top speed is faster than instant teleportation. This is because the flash took everyone’s kinetic energy. When Superman traveled the observable universe, it took him less than 60 days. This puts him about 274,000,000 x faster than the speed of light. Quicksilver is the slowest, but his top speed is faster than radio waves.
In Comic Series there was an episode where Superman and Flash take part in a race where they had to circle the earth a 100 times in order to earn the title of ‘The fastest man alive’. Of course they never completed the race but initially Superman and Flash were running at nearly the same speed but Flash was a little bit faster.
As far as the Flashes go, the fastest among them is Wally West. Barry Allen comes second, with Bart Allen in the third spot. Jay Garrick is the slowest among the four, but even he was quick enough to beat Superman in a race. Based on what the comic books have taught us, The Flash is certainly faster than Superman.
When Superman travels at speeds higher than that of light, this happens. Then Superman is aware that if it is released a little it would cause major collateral disasters. Well Superman stops a lot on earth, the speeds Superman travels on earth is not his maximum speed. Now Flash has won Superman several times here one of them.
Why did Superman and the Flash race for a third time?
It comes about because the timeline has gotten thrown out of whack and Superman’s friend, Jimmy Olsen, has been thrown into ancient Rome.
there have been several times when he and Superman raced, with several differing outcomes, but at the end of it all, Flash revealed that he was holding back, because in most of those cases, some villains were forcing him to race Superman or something bad would happen.
Flash #175 (1967) – The next race happened a few months later. Flash and Superman arrive at JLA headquarters to find two aliens who have somehow managed to capture and subdue the rest of the JLA. The two alien gamblers are mad that the first race ended in a tie and want a rematch (you and me both, Mr Alien).

Under the influence of Kryptonian mind-control, the Flash starts terraforming Metropolis, turning it into Krypton. Clearly this is not a good situation so Superman races to stop him. The Man of Steel pushes himself to the absolute limit and narrowly manages to catch The Flash and break the mind control hold.
The Speed Force, you say? The Speed Force is the rationale for the Flash’s speed and other speedsters like him. The rationale for Superman’s speed is Superman. Solar energy provides the catalyst, but it will never explain how Superman can perform feats like, well this:
The Flash. The fastest the Flash has ever run is “trans-time” speed , or faster than time, which meant he had to be running at least 23 tredecillion times the speed of light. Superman. Superman doesn’t have the Speed Force, the physics breaking energy that the Flash uses to pass light speed.
